At Timeless Clothing, we are committed to ensuring your order is delivered safely and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how your order will be processed and shipped.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3-4 business days from the time of purchase. Please note that orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • OUR FREE SHIPPING:

    • Estimated delivery time: 14-20 business days from the date of shipment.
    • Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx.
  • Expedited Shipping:

    • Estimated delivery time: 10-14 business days from the date of shipment.
    • Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout.
  • International Shipping:
    • Estimated delivery time: 14-20 business days from the date of shipment.

 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary based on your location and any potential delays with the carrier.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do accept orders shipped to P.O. Boxes, but please ensure the shipping address is correct to avoid any delivery delays.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Timeless Clothing currently ships to North America, South America, Europe, and Oceania. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Asia, Africa, or Antarctica at this time.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package through the shipping carrier’s website.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after your order has shipped.

Shipping Delays

  • While we aim to fulfill and ship your order as quickly as possible, please note that shipping times may be affected by weather, holidays, or other unexpected delays. Timeless Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
  • If there are significant delays in shipping, we will do our best to inform you and assist in tracking your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Once your package has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items after they leave our facility.
  • If you experience any issues with shipping, please reach out to the carrier's customer service for assistance.

Address Changes

  • We are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been processed and shipped. Please double-check your shipping information before confirming your order.
  • If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at timelessbusiness3@gmail.com, and we will try our best to accommodate your request before the order is shipped.
